Nordic Walking Australia
Short walk before stopping for warm up pole-exercises. Then we walk in our own time or with people walking at similar pace. Meeting up at starting point in the end for cool down- & stretching exercises at a set time decided before taking off: Approx 1 hour later e.g. we walk for 30 mins and then turn back wherever we are. *Axess Poles Certified Instructor and *Completely Human Personal Trainer along the walk - one in the lead, one at the back Option after: Coffee & a chat at a local coffee place
